1. Judges will be asked to choose the most expressive Bebe, not the cutest!
2. Contest runs from January 22, 2008, through February 16, 2008.
3. There are three (3) categories: Birth through 18 months, 18 months - 3 years and 3 -5 years. Each category will have a grand prize winner and one (1) runner up. Three independent judges not associated with Capture This Moment Photography will choose all winners.
4. The prizes for each category will be a canvas gallery wrap image for the grand prize. The prize for the runner up is yet to be determined.
4. Winners will be announced at the Bebe Dessert Reception to be held on March 3, 2008, from 6-7 P.M. in the Ukrops Celebration Room (Mooretown Road location in Williamsburg).
5. Participants will receive a complimentary 30 minute session and one mounted 5x7 print for each child. Siblings can be photographed in one session.
6. Parents are to choose the image to submit for the contest. If images are not chosen by the parents within one week of viewing the online images, photographer will choose the image by default.
7. Sessions will incur at the in-home studio for Capture This Moment at 4031 Midlands Road, Williamsburg, VA and are by appointment only.
8. Contest is open to all bebes within the age range, not just Williamsburg bebes.
9. Contest images may be used for marketing purposes. If any bebe's guardian chooses not to sign a model release, it does not increase/decrease odds of winning. The bebe may still enter the contest. If chosen as a winner, that bebe's images will not be used in marketing.
10. Additional images will be available for purchase for one week after images are posted online. After that, images will be taken offline. Any images that are requested to be reuploaded will incur a $50 reupload fee unless other arrangements have been made with photographer. Payment plans are accepted.
